Tea graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb in September 2022 and joined our Law Firm immediately afterward.

During her studies, Tea gained practical experience through roles such as a demonstrator at the Chair of Civil Procedural Law, participating in external projects like the Regional Moot Court before the European Court of Human Rights, and volunteering at the Legal Clinic. She also attended Bocconi Summer School for International Business and Digital Law.

Since joining Mišković & Mišković, Tea has furthered her expertise by completing the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) course and obtaining the DL-101HR certification, enhancing her knowledge in intellectual property law. This specialized training has strengthened her capacity to deliver daily, tailored guidance to our clients in intellectual property matters, especially within the IT sector.

She demonstrates exceptional capacity in independently managing a wide range of legal matters in the day-to-day legal support for our regular clients across a broad spectrum of areas, including employment law, corporate governance, commercial and corporate law, regulatory compliance, contract law, and data protection under GDPR.

On the other hand, when it comes to transactional deals, she contributes to every transaction acting as a valuable team member, particularly through her expertise in performing due diligence procedures.

Her radiant life energy drives her capacity to manage everyday legal tasks and high-stakes transactions with equal enthusiasm and excellence, earning her a special place in our team and making her a valued and respected teammate.
