Hana joined our team in 2022, as a prospective young professional, previously having worked in top-tier law firms in Croatia.

She was an exceptional student, winner of the rector's award, and a participant in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Graduating cum laude from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, she also confirmed her exceptional performance by passing the bar exam with honors.

Hana regularly advises our clients in the field of Corporate and Commercial Law, Real-Estate,Capital Markets, Banking and Finance, and Labor law and represents the clients before courts.

Hana’s previous relevant work experience includes taking part in advising clients in the process of applying for the CNB’s authorization to provide payment services under the PSD2 (PIS and AIS) and in advising clients who provide exchange services between virtual currencies and fiat currencies in their day-to-day operations as well as in the direct supervisory procedure conducted by HANFA.

In roles previous to Mišković & Mišković, Hana has also participated in advising foreign companies regarding awarding (ESOP/ESPP/RSUs, etc.) employees in Croatia and related labor law, tax law issues, and capital market issues.

Hana is strong in the belief that improving oneself, learning, and creating an in-depth knowledge of the legal framework is a never-ending story. Fortunately, acquiring new knowledge at the highest level comes naturally for Hana. With her analytical and diligent approach to legal issues and tasks and her trying to keep the big picture in mind, Hana’s legal solutions are straightforward and pragmatic.
